About Your Customized Fitness Assessment
One of the best things about Women in Motion's Summit Signature program is the customized fitness and strength assessment you will get from Kurt Dallow, MD, FACSM. Dr. Kurt has over 30 years of experience as a family and sports medicine physician. He is passionate about helping women in midlife get stronger and fitter so that they can not only do the physical activities they enjoy, but also reduce their risk for heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, and other chronic health conditions.
Kurt will meet with you individually and assess your strengths and weaknesses (literally!) and create a personalized strength and fitness program that is specific to your needs. He will show you how to do the exercises and follow your progress over a three month period. You will be able to ask him questions and get feedback on your progress each week. There is no better way to get in great shape than to have a personalized plan like this, with support and accountability from a medical expert!
