Introducing Nutrition ReSet for Midlife Women
Nutrition ReSet for Midlife Women includes three 60 minute 1:1 sessions with Dr. Cindy Dallow, RDN. After listening to your questions and deciding on your goals together, she will create a nutrition plan that is customized to YOUR specific health and fitness goals. You will not only get calorie and macronutrient recommendations but also guidance on changing eating behavior and mindset around food, weight, and exercise. You will have 24/7 access to a portal where you can ask questions and get feedback between appointments in addition to your 3 visits and personalized nutrition prescription. Questions? A little about Cindy...
Dr. Cindy Dallow is a registered dietitian with over 30 years of experience, specializing in helping women improve their health through simple and effective nutrition strategies. Her expertise lies in guiding women through the unique challenges of midlife, including menopause, and beyond.
Dr. Cindy is also an endurance athlete who enjoys helping runners, cyclists, triathletes, and multi-sport athletes of all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities reach their performance goals. You can read more about her background here.
